CAP Life Skills

Course

The Life Skills course is designed to teach practical ways to save money, deal with life’s pressures and to help members take control of their future.  Our intention is for members to find it easy, engaging and enjoyable.

Community

We aim for a fun and relaxing atmosphere in our beautiful building at the Branch.  It’s a place where you can make friends, learn from other people and to support each other in their individual journeys.

Coaching

Members are encouraged to set an achievable personal goal, with friendly one-to-one support from our trained coaches.

Testimony from past Life Skills Member

“CAP Life Skills was ideal.  I’d been isolated for so long.  I bonded with the other group members and I’ve ended up with some good friends.  The group taught me that I’m not unloved and I’m not worthless, like I’d always thought.  I’m sad that it’s finished!”  [Jenny, CAP Life Skills Member]
